Really happy with the service I received from Jolene at Fellows. Jolene was quick to respond to my enquiry and arranged a viewing with short notice. Less than a week later I was able to move in. Communication was excellent and I particularly liked the introduction to my new landlady when I was handed the keys. I am very happy and settled in my new home. The process was far less stressful then I imagined. The speed at which I moved in really helped me under difficult circumstances which Jolene was very understanding about. Where other letting agents were less than helpful or didn’t return my calls, I would 100% recommend Fellows.

Fellows lettings has in the past organised 2 property lets for me and on each time held the deposit on my behalf, and although both deposits should have been returned to me to cover rent and damages, I still haven't had any deposit returned to me. At present I am still trying to recover monies owed. This is 20 months after the last tenant left my property. At this point, Fellows lettings are either keeping the deposits themselves or returning the money to the previous tenants. Either scenario isn’t right, also not what they were instructed to do. Won’t use them again, if you do use Fellows Lettings and they do hold your deposit for you, make sure you do everything in writing.

I have been with Fellows Lettings since April 2011 as a tenant and they have been very efficient, understanding and have dealt promptly with any issues that may have cropped up. Jolene has been a Godsend and is a very professional lady and I wish her and her company all the very best for the future.

One of the best lettings agents out there. Jolene managed to organise a very last minute, out of hours viewings for me as it was the only time I could make it. A couple of niggles with the property when I first moved in and she got these resolved extremely quickly. Always dealt with in a fast, professional manner. Would recommend Fellows Lettings to everyone !

Awful letting agents I was shown a property on the first day it became availabile which Ihad agreed to rent paid deposit letting agent said it would be mine needed to do ref checks etc which i had no problem with as I have a good credit rating after four weeks of waiting they called and said it had been took off there site needed to much work doing too it. No communication from them at all in the four weeks were rude when i called them asking for an update, and low and behold its been let to someone else. Absolutely discusting !! Avoid four weeks of false hope when I could of been looking for somewhere else .
