Elton properties exceeded my expectations when I asked for help renting a property. They gave me a personal service, were always available to answer my questions and they’ve proven to be most friendly and genuine company I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I’m so thankful I contacted them. You won’t find better if your looking for a letting agency. Thank you Mandy and the team, you are superb, I know I’m in safe hands and so is my Tennant.

From one small business to another, I can't thank Elton Properties for the help they have given me. They arranged for me to view 3 houses on a Sunday afternoon as they understood that me driving 3 hours each way to view a single property meant having to close my business for an entire day. They could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you very much to Samantha and Mandy for organising this for me.

Mandy and her team have been great. They completely managed the tenancy for us, providing excellent call out services at a reasonable price, as well as managing the relationship with the tenants. I would recommend them and use them again in the future b

Dont normally write reviews but feel the need to as to any one reading this review either tenant or landlord need to know the team at Elton Properties are honest, professional, a team of there word and will go the extra mile to help. Having been a new tenant in this market I was let down by a number of different lettings agents during my search from not being phoned back, going on viewings with the letting agents knowing full well there was already a tenant lined up and I was making the numbers up. I explanied my personel situation the team was sympathetic and found me a property to my requirments, the process was simple and easy and I am now awaiting my keys to move in. I would like to say a big massive THANK YOU TO ALL THE TEAM MANDY, JULIE AND CAROLINE!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!

Mandy and the team could not of helped more, myself and Michelle appreciated their effort throughout. A testament to letting companies and a breath of fresh air compared to others.

The entire team at Elton Properties treated my vulnerable mum like a dear friend when searching for suitable properties for her and I witnessed them treating other existing residents the same. Traditional and consistently high and thoughtful customer service provided. Don't change a thing Elton Team!

As a landlord I highly recommend Elton Properties. Always on top of the paperwork and on hand to sort any issues. Having an in house team to tackle repairs, servicing, certificates etc is a real bonus. Very happy to recommend this company.
