Winkworth in Worcester Park have been incredible partners from start to finish. Kirstie, Georgie and Jane supported us through a long and stressful flat sale with patience, clarity and real care. I like to stay close to every detail, even in a process you can’t fully control as a seller, and they handled that with calm professionalism every time. They kept us updated, chased what needed chasing and always had a clear plan. On top of all that, they’re genuinely nice human beings who are lovely to chat to on the phone, which makes a huge difference when you’re going through something this intense. They earned our trust at every step. Five stars without hesitation and thank you so much!

I am very deeply disappointed!

We've been with the agency since 2017th. We've been having problems with the very old boiler since the end of 2018th and up until now we have had Engineers coming for that boiler around 20 times. We were promised a permanent solution, that never happened. Now we have been left without hot water for 2 weeks, starting 3rd. There were many apologies and promises over the last two weeks but no action upon. Not to say they are well aware we have a vulnerable child at home (how do you manage personal hygiene in times of pandemic with a heart diseased child at home?) AND we offered to help if Landlord doesn't want to invest in resolving the issue. Just a note: Landlord is local home owner and is not paying mortgage on the property we rent, the house used to belong to grand parents.Although there are some very kind people working in the company the company on overall isn't what it should be.I am very deeply disappointed!One upset mum xx

Utter waste of time and energy. Tried three times to book a valuation. First time yes will confirm. No confirmation. Called again two days later. held on for a few ,inutes then cut off. Tried again now its no the valuer will not be in on the day previously arranged.

I recently purchased a flat through Winkworth - Thomas was my estate agent and was fantastic throughout. It ended up being quite a long process and Thomas was great at chasing up the solicitors and helping to move the purchase along. Didn't respond to an enquiry. Prompted, then lied about property status/availability. Shut down responses when questioned about it. The standard of English estate agents is abysmal compared to those abroad, yet people accept this low level, amateurish behaviour...so they get it!

I have been communicating with Kirstie throughout the process of selling mums flat, which has been a difficult time for me. She has really made the process as easy as possible for me. She has gone over and above in my view, as I don’t live in the area, she has carried out the viewings, collected keys and provided final meter readings as I was unable to get there.
