GoogleMy partner and I were on the hunt for a flat to rent in the Richmond area. Jamie showed us a flat that we liked the look of. Sadly it wasn’t for us but I felt I had to comment on the positive experience as I’ve never known a letting agent to be so well informed. He answered all our questions during the viewing and showed us EVERY nook and cranny in the property. His knowledge about that particular place was top tier and he answered all our questions right there and then. It was the best viewing I’ve ever had. As a landlord myself, this is the sort of experience that I’d want my prospective tenants to have. Thanks again, Jamie!

GoogleAfter struggling to find a place with my other half for over a year we finally came across a new keys 4 me and Jamie. Honestly can't recommend using this firm enough. Made all the processes so so easy and dealt with any queries I had as soon as he possibly could. Without Jamie I honestly think we would still be looking for a property now. So nice to come across a business that truly cares for its tenants and will help wherever they can at any time. Also all of the contractors new keys 4 me use have been amazing , quick workers and extremely polite.

GoogleJamie helped secure our place in Greenwich when we were under some particularly distressed situation. He was very sympathetic towards our situation and helped progress our application and get us moved in very soon. Since then, Jamie has continued to be very responsive in handling any issues or complaints that we had within the property. Goes without saying Newkeys4me have been the best agent we have dealt with thus far.
