Drew was extremely informative when helping me understand all the litigation and how to process works as I found t moving house to be quite overwhelming. I also like how the team call exactly when they say they will call and don’t forget as I have experienced this quite a lot with other estate agents. I have worked with Marta Brzek, Mike Morris, Ella Light and Sam Harhat to help them with recruitment.We have helped them to find 3 candidates who are joining them and are all very happy to have been successful. Great responsiveness, help, and professionalism from Anisa

Anisa at Andrews has been a great help throughout the process of setting up my tenancy as I moved to start a new job. Despite a few hiccups in viewings (through no fault of her own) she was accommodating and polite, and managed to sort things out. It is our first home in UK and to be honest from beginning till end the entire process was very smooth. I am really happy to say that Andrews property agent assisted us in all stages : be it offer acceptance, schedule 2nd viewing, communicating with owner, clarify anything on the property, final keys handover. Ignored our calls & let us down!

I have been working really hard trying to find a property ro rent for my son & daughter. After finding a 2 bedroom home via Andrews I gave them a call.Spent time talking to the agent & being registered. Was informed on Monday 8th April we could view the property in question on Thursday 11th April at 11:30, however they would have to confirm with the landlord & would send a txt & email as soon it was booked in.My son booked the morning off work to prepare for the viewing. However we never received a txt or email, I then called Andrews twice on Wednesday 10th twice (morning & afternoon), both times getting an answer phone asking me to leave my name, number & reason for calling & someone would call me back. NOT at anytime did we receive a call back or an email, txt for the viewing. Andrews have completely let us down. How disrespectful & unprofessional Andrews have been to us. We have been treated terrible!

Appreciation of a good service

It started with the servicing of the yearly gas installations. I then reported two other problems to Andrews through Jenine Derbyshire I was amazed how she quickly and efficiently responded to my request. Within two days of reporting an engineer was sent to sort out the problems. I have lived in this house since 2005, I have many occasions waited for over a week to receive a service after reporting, I am glad for this efficient response, shows care for the client, this is professionalism at its best , thanks, Janine . I would also would like to appreciate the mannerisms and professionalism of the engineer from New Heating Ltd ,has been a delight to work with.

From start to finish Sophia Robinson trainee sales consultant for Andrews has been brilliant on updating on how the sale of my late fathers flat was progressing through emails and phone calls.
