I just wanted to follow up on the previous review I left regarding the sale the team secured on my friend’s house within just three months of listing. Once the property went subject to contract on 12th January, the process could not have been more plain sailing. The conveyancing stage was incredibly straightforward, and using the branch’s recommended solicitor, Taylor Rose, made everything even easier. They were super helpful all the way through to completion. Contracts were signed on Monday 2nd February, and the funds landed in my friend’s account the very next day to formalise the exchange, just 21 days (3 weeks) from STC to exchange. Highly recommended for their swift, professional service. I’ll certainly be telling anyone looking to sell locally to use Your Move in Sutton on Sea!

We purchased a property through Your Move last October.Right from the initial contact they worked brilliantly to ensure everything went smoothly. Sarah, our contact with the estate agency, was willing to show us around if time permitted at a moments notice, as she knew we had to travel over two hours to get to the area.In fact it was her advice to visit a local beach that actually clinched the deal for us.She gave valuable advice on all the things that mattered to us…..local pubs and restaurants( we are to old to worry about schools), and the office was always on the end of the telephone to answer any queries and liaise with our solicitors.
