After having a bad experience with a competitor; and following some external recommendations I decided to try Bairstow Eves, the Sutton-in-Ashfield branch. I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Hannah Rutter & her team. I cannot speak highly enough regarding her professionalism, effort and efficiency in securing a sale of my property within only a few weeks of going onto the market. Hannah & her team has been on hand from day one to answer my questions and offer advice; she even helped set up a conveyancing company for me to support the property sale. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and would highly recommend Bairstow Eves to my friends and family.
