We can’t thank Rob and the team at Lets go enough for everything they did for us throughout both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. From the very first conversation, Rob was honest, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable, nothing was ever too much trouble, and he kept us updated every step of the way. What really stood out was how proactive he was. Rob chased paperwork, coordinated with solicitors, and solved problems before they became stressful. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us, not just “getting the deal done”. Because of Rob and the team, the whole process felt smoother, clearer, and far less stressful than we expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lets Go to anyone looking to buy or sell, you’ll be in the very best hands. Thank you, Rob, you really went above and beyond!

As a portfolio landlord for many years, I understand the importance of having high quality support from agents in managing tenants and maintenance issues. I have known Matt from well before he set up LetsGoCo and can safely say that he and his team, Faye, Kate, Nat and co. provide an excellent service; professional, responsive and timely. As a landlord having void periods can be costly, however with Matt’s support I have not had any such periods throughout his time of managing my properties. His team also deal with maintenance issues in a timely and pragmatic manner ensuring costs are contained. I would highly recommend Matt and his team to all landlords if they are looking for a professional, efficient, hassle free service.

We purchased a house through let’s go Co, earlier this year (2023). Whilst we weren’t their clients we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Faye and Rob were so helpful and supportive throughout, we had some tricky situations along the way and they were brilliant communicating between us and the sellers - often going above and beyond for us.

Right from the beginning I've had excellent service from Rob at Let's Go . He's kept me up to date with everything to do with the sale , kept my spirits up when viewings slowed down & has liased with my solicitor once we'd accepted an offer . All in all a really positive experience. Would definitely recommend.
