GoogleBelvoir are by far the best letting agent I have used. I have been renting for about 10 years now and never had such an easy, stress free experience when it comes to finding and renting a property. From initial communication for a viewing, right through to accommodating my busy work schedule and through to the application process, everything was handled quickly, efficiently and I was booking to pick up the keys in no time. Even on the day of signing and collecting keys everything is well presented and organised so again you can assimilate lots of information with ease. All credit to Justin, Grace and Elizabeth, they are brilliant! Would highly recommend!

GoogleWe had wanted to move house for a long time however previous bad experiences with estate agents had really put us off. However we saw a house and on phoning to enquire about it I found Julie at Belvoir. We quickly came to an understanding - Julie was always on the end of the phone when I tried to get hold of her (which is what I needed)… if one of us was unable to answer then the other would call back as soon as they were able. Unlike other estate agents we have encountered, Julie dealt with all aspects of our sale and purchase from start to completion. This meant we knew who to contact and she had an overview of everything going on when we had questions. Julie suggested successful marketing strategies and was very hands on during the process - on the day the photographer came she was there helping me move furniture to get the best shots! She really went above and beyond for us, down to recommending reliable trades people to help us with last minute jobs! We had some hiccups along the way (things completely out of all our control) but we were all determined and I am happily writing this review in our lovely new family home and am very pleased we chose to use Belvoir.

GoogleJulie has been an absolute star. From organising the potographer, fantastic photos no fish eye lenses. To arranging the roms for the shots to show them to best advantage, to chasing for feedback and negotiating the best deal. Her attention to detail for the surrounding area is fantastic, reviews of history, wayer table checks for flood risks, local amenities and distances. A true professional in every way. Thank you for everything you have done to assist in our sale.

GoogleGave my property to let out, was all great at first, then all went downhill, the staff member Grace dealing with my property was on leave, so I called and the gentleman who answered, advised he has no clue about the property, and starting talking very disrespectfully to myself. I in turn asked why only one person is dealing with this, when someone else should be dealing with it when one is on leave, he then huffed and puffed and basically told me to wait. Didn't care for the world. Fair to say I quickly terminated the contact with them and will now find another company who respects customers rather than treat them like crap.

GoogleWe have brought our new house through Julie and only wish we had sold with her too! She has been fantastic, professional, responsive, full of advice and help even though she wasn’t representing our property. What is already a stressful process, was made easier with her just knowing the right people to help, and to guide the communications process with our vendors. Cant recommend Julie high enough.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant agent. I have used them for letting tenant find and also to sell. Justin and his team on lettings are superb, never had to wait longet than 10 days before my property was filled again. Recently used Julie to sell and she is fantastic! Down to earth, friendly and knows the industry and the markets well. Priced my property perfectly to sell. Highly recommend!

GoogleIf you are looking for a ‘pain free’ professional service that is thorough, personable and gets results then this is it! Ok you pay more initially but save in the long run! Justin is hands on shows integrity - all round a positive experience by far the best estate agents I have dealt with!

GoogleI spent quite a while looking for a flat to rent around Four Oaks and Sutton Coldfield. Without question, Belvoir were by far and away the best agents I contacted. They answered the phone and responded to emails, which most of the others didn't. Justin did a great job with the viewing I had, was on time and answered all my questions there and then. Emily was also a breath of fresh air and very on the ball, dealing with all the paperwork. She even liaised with the landlord so that I could get broadband set up for the day I moved in. She treats your property with respect. She is readily available to discuss matters and keeps you up to date with progress on marketing your property.
