Booked a viewing for a property and upon arrival was told that they didn’t have access to the keys as the landlord was unable to make it as he had broken down. The letting agent apologised and I was told as soon as he was back in the office they would call to rearrange. A week later and there has been no contact what so ever. I completely understand that it was out of their control that the viewing was cancelled (these things happen!) but the lack of communication afterwards has completely put me off booking any future viewings with them.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive for your viewing and find that it could not go ahead as planned. While the situation with the landlord was unfortunately outside of our control, we fully acknowledge that our follow-up communication should have been much better.
Not getting back to you is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused. Your time is important, and we regret that we did not respect that with timely communication.
We completely understand your decision not to proceed with us following this experience. Please be assured that your feedback has been taken seriously, and we will be investigating this matter internally to ensure improvements are made to our processes and communication moving forward.
