Julie is an amazing agent! Having dealt with the agents of London for 16 yrs, Julie being my first agent, made me feel 'back home'. Although I never met Jess, she was really kind in meeting my mam for keys. Rachel was lovely on my exiting the flat too. They are all professional (but with a lovely side of kindness). I cannot recommend them enough. It was an absolute pleasure to rent from Key4Lets and their representatives are nothing short of amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. I will always remember Julie/the flat for being my first home 'back home', Angela & Liberty (& Lexi) xxx

I am a landlord and utterly delighted with the service from Julie and Key4Lets. I have been searching for and trying out agents in the area the last two years. Until now they all came way short of my expectations and actually created problems through ineptitude plus had a terrible attitude. One agent forgot to tell me the tenant had a cat, did not read the meters properly and was so in dark ages, could not email me things over like many other do for landlords who do not live near their rental. A large chain of estate agents were a nightmare to deal with - holding onto deposit money for three months when the tenant cancelled his tenancy when they could have paid it out straight away to me but is their policy to rake in interest, taking money off rent automatically above the management % in case there were charges in the future without my authorisation and when you wanted to speak to someone was a different department for each aspect. Their inventory also dodgy stating only 2 floors for a 3 floor house! I have a flat in Bournemouth I rent out and a wonderful agent there who I have been with for many years. I thought I would never succeed in finding her match up here, but finally have and I could not be more pleased. Julie is professional, caring and fair to both sides. Detail orientated. She goes above and beyond to make things happen. I recommend her very highly indeed.

The team at KEY4LETS are absolutely amazing. I moved into a property over 4 year ago and never had an issue. They were quick to respond to any maintenance requests (which weren't many). We had to move out for a few month due to the roof coming off during storm Arwin. Julie actively found us a temporary property and when we moved back in the standard of the repairs were excellent. I can't recommend this company enough. They make private renting so easy and hassle free!
