GoogleSimon was always friendly and seems like a nice guy, but he did not do his job well. We were without a shower, in a bathroom with crumbling plaster for 6 months (it still hasn't been repaired). He failed to protect the deposit in the legally required scheme and failed to make the electrical wiring safe within the legally required timeframe. He attempted to blame anyone but himself, but the reality is that from viewing to leaving the property to vacating almost every part was painful. His tagline "finding better tenants for Landlords" indicates that tenants are the source of the problems, but we found the letting agent and landlord to be the source of all the problems. As a tenant I would avoid these properties unless you are eager to spend a lot of time arguing.

Simon was excellent ever since the first viewing and throughout our tenancy at getting back to us and being available when we needed something. Suhur was also always very helpful and pro-active whenever there was an issue. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who is needing their services. Thanks again Simon and team.

GoogleUnfortunately unable to get a viewing with them. Tried for a week, sent 3 emails and called twice, both times was told I would receive a call back same day, no one bothered and had no responses to the emails. At least the lady who told me I'd get a call back seemed friendly I guess.

GoogleI enquired about several different properties numerous times and all I got were vague and unprecise information. I tried calling and they would always tell me they would get back to me but they never did. I understand they might be busy but I dealt with far much "better letters" previously.
