It may sound cliche but selling a property is never easy! Adam and the team were fantastic in taking care of the hard parts and found a buyer for our apartment in a short space of time. Their local knowledge helped significantly when pricing up the apartment. The process for this sale has been lengthy and tricky due to particular issues with the lease, which is not a fault due to Oxford Apartments. At times we were worried that we would lose the buyer/sale but Adam's support throughout this has kept us positive and the buyer's have remained happy despite some very long delays. The team have been great at communicating regularly with us and keeping all parties informed on the progress of the sale. If you're selling an apartment in the Oxford area, make sure you speak to these guys first!

From the moment that I contacted Oxford Apartments to sell my rental flat, I had an impression of professionalism unmatched in other agencies that I've dealt with. Everything was handled with urgency but care, and as the sale proceeded, we discussed everything in detail. My buyer's solicitor must have been paid by the hour, and my solicitor was unable to speed things up, but somehow Adam Wilkins at AA kept things moving and we completed smoothly and in good time. They know the market and lined up viewings quickly, and we had several offers within a few weeks. The whole service was marvelous, and very good value.

Adam was so personable and well-prepared from the start that we didn't even seek a second opinion on valuation etc. He came armed with information about the area, forecasts of how the housing market was looking and a really clear idea of what we could expect.
From the first viewings he gave us immediate feedback so we knew exactly where we stood at all times.
The whole process has ended up being rather more drawn-out the anticipated, (for reasons unconnected with our sale) but Adam has been great at keeping us informed every step of the way, and communicating regularly with the Agent selling our new property.
I think the key positive right along the way has been the communication between all parties involved, and this has helped alleviate any potential frustrations.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ben and the team at Oxford Apartments. They provide a quality service which in my view is not matched by other agents in the Oxford area.
I spent the past part of a year looking for a property in the very fickle Oxford market and had interactions with most of the estate agents in the City. Some were good, some weren't. Then there was Oxford Apartments.
There was one hiccup with a vendor who was doing his own conveyancing and that was a nightmare - but no fault of Ben.
Finally bought a superb apartment in the centre of Summertown. All the communication before, doing and after the sale has been excellent.
They even accepted a parcel delivery for me as I couldn't be there on the day to receive it.
When the time finally comes to sell, they will be my first and only instruction to act.

I met most of the estate agents in Oxford during my search for a new home. Out of all of them Adam and Ben from Oxford Apartments were by far the best. They were both quick to respond to any communication and extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process.
Ben took my initial call to Oxford Apartments and recommended viewing properties which actually met my requirements, something which other agents often failed to do. Adam then took me round on the viewings during which he was knowledgeable about all the flats I went round and provided sound advice, he was proactive in following up after viewings without being pushy.

Following a couple of failed sales with a competing agency in Oxford city, we decided to move to Oxford Apartments - the agents who we had originally bought our apartment through some 3 years earlier.
Whilst Oxford Apartments’ commission rate is not the lowest in the city, we learned the hard way with our previous agency that you get what you pay for in life!
With Oxford Apartments we were treated as if we were the only customer they had. No call went unanswered; in fact both Ben and Adam often worked for us after their official day had ended and sometimes even on their days off.
Within days of moving to Oxford Apartments we had multiple viewings and shortly thereafter we had solid bids being made and followed up rigorously, which all led to successful sale.
In short I simply cannot praise the professionalism and work-ethic of this company and their solid gold standard staff. I will be recommending them to anybody I know who is thinking of selling their property and if I ever sell again they will be only company I would ever consider working with.
