Bev and her team couldn't have been more wonderful. Even though they were acting for the sellers and we were the purchasers they, and in particular Bev, helped us at every stage. We relocated 250miles so it was quite a tricky process but Bev was always available to talk over the phone or via email to check on things or give us an update. We bought a house through Roy Barrett. We viewed the house twice initially and both agents who showed us round were fantastic. They answered our questions and gave us plenty of time to look and consider. At no time did we feel hurried or pressured. Throughout the negotiating and sales process Beverley went beyond all expectation with her communication, follow up and help, meaning that we totally trusted her. I can't praise Joe, at Roy Barrett in Sturminster Newton, highly enough. The purchase of our property has been very complicated and everything possible has gone wrong (solicitors errors and vendor dying day of supposed completion!).
