FacebookCan I just say that the service we have received has been impeccable from Joel Rappakaran. Moving house is usually stressful, but Joel's professional attitude and happy nature has made this a seam free and stress free transaction from inception to resolution. Joel is a true asset to the business and should be commended for his attitude and will to always go the extra mile. Thank you!

Always available for any queries we had, felt like no question was too small throughout the whole process. Also a thank you to Louise at our key handover who generously provided us with loo roll when we didnβt have any packed! They definitely went above and beyond.

I wasn't treated as a number I felt like I was treated as a priority and although I know I wasn't the only customer at the time it felt like I was !! I would recommend Lambert's 100%. FacebookLamberts are exemplary of what a lettings company should be. We spent six years renting a home through Lamberts' Studley Office, and any time we needed help or assistance, they were there. Quick to respond to any queries, and just as quick to get things sorted out if we had problems. The staff are both professional and friendly, and take an interest in tenants as people and their hobbies - not just people in a house they manage, and for me that really added a layer of personification that we were in the right hands. I'll remember my time in Studley fondly, and if I ever have a need to return to the area for a property, Lamberts will be the first place I look.

FacebookBest agent weve ever used!! Lamberts dealt with the sale of our property and have been efficient throughout the whole process. At no point have we ever had to chase for an update with progress and they have provided us with sound advice from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, absolutely no complaints. As an added bonus, they even provide service with a smile which is rare these days. Other agents should take note of how Lamberts do things. Thanks again for all the help!!
