GoogleWe are so happy with everything kings homes have done so far. James was really friendly and helped me through the start of the process of selling our home. James was quick to reply to phone calls and messages to make sure everything was perfect. We can’t fault Edward either who took some amazing photos of our home. Once the photos were done our house was on the market within 10 hours! I would definitely recommend king homes to everyone that needs to sell their house.

GoogleI had the absolute pleasure of recieving fantastic service from Rita, James, Grace and other staff members. It almost has become a shame to let go of contact from these people as I have spent 14months alongside them in the probate sale of a family members house. Their advice, attention to detail regarding particulars and support of clients is second to non. I wish all the staff the very best for the future and hope this business continues to thrive. GoogleThe good - They got us a good price and sold fast. The bad - They are terrible at communication and as a result we wasted two months and had to find a new buyer. In the end we basically managed the sale ourselves. Final verdict - King homes could learn a lot from AP Morgan… they need a reliable progressions team and they need to understand the sale is just the start. I would be unlikely to use again as they are. It’s a shame, I think they have a really good brand but I’m left feeling they didn’t really care about the sale once they got us a buyer.
I’m sorry to hear you feel this way, David. However, I must point out that your tone here is quite different from the positive email we received from you just a few days ago, on the day your property successfully exchanged contracts, in which you “thanked us for all our support”. As you know, despite our best efforts and thorough due diligence checks, your first buyer ultimately faced challenges securing their mortgage. While we understand the frustration this caused, this was beyond our control. While things didn’t go as initially planned, we worked diligently to overcome these obstacles. We quickly re-marketed your property, secured a new buyer within two weeks, saving your chain, and pushed for a very swift exchange to meet your deadlines, which took place just three weeks after the offer was accepted. This took a great deal of pushing from our part. As a result, your sale has now successfully exchanged, and you are now on track to move into your new home shortly and can enjoy Christmas in your new home. We went above and beyond and believe this is a very positive outcome. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you in reaching this point. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic company. Brittany and Rita are so great, very knowledgable and keep you updated every step of the way. Brittany is a fountain of knowledge and gives brilliant advice, always answers calls, texts and emails immediately. Rita is always so cheerful and upbeat. Unfortunately I couldn’t go ahead with my purchase as my buyer pulled out, but if I ever have to put my house in the market, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose them. 10/10.

GoogleAwful estate agent after doing my application filling it all out correctly and them asking for more Info which I gave they went behind my back and took application off another person who offered to pay 3 months rent upfront they never once asked me to do the same whicwwould of they didn't no I knew the landlord all this time and they lied to me over email never once phoned me useless agents. They was rude in emails asking me to hurry up wit replying also. Never again. James Dunford was the one emailing me. I pretty sure it's up to you landlord who has the property and not you and should you of took another application when mine was going through why keep asking for info on the Friday if you took deposit of somebody else. Useless wasted my time

There were many bumps in the road for us but the quality of communication and speed of response from Aaron at King Homes was first class and very reassuring during stressful times. A really friendly service where they took the time to get to know us and our needs. GoogleFrom day one both James and Arron were absolutely outstanding. I believe the excellent presentation online of our home helped King Homes sell our property extremely quickly at a realistic price with no fuss at all. They continued to monitor progress once the sale went to the solicitors and worked hard to keep it on track. Would strongly recommend King Homes to anyone, they always have time to take you calls and act quickly on any requests or queries.

GoogleMy previous experience of estate agents has not been good, King Homes changed all that! Communication was excellent throughout the process and the team - especially Aaran were fantastic. They sold my house for the full asking price within 4 weeks, the property had been for sale with some very well know agencies for approaching 6 months. The marketing was exceptional and this combined with a very professional team made all the difference. By chance I met the buyers and they too were very impressed by the team at King Homes. Do not bother with the rest go straight to King Homes!

GoogleWe had a property to sell which we needed to off load quickly in order to purchase our new home. King Homes are a new estate agent and we didn’t know much about them. They said they’d sell the property within six weeks so we decided to give them a go. The property went up on the market on the Wednesday morning and we had a call on the next day saying the property had sold for the asking price. They sold the property in less than 24 hours. Amazing. I highly recommend King Homes and Arran and James especially.
