A particular mention to Jeff Emerson who has dealt professionally, proactively and efficiently with day to day issues as they arose which has been a massive weight off our shoulders when living on the other side of the world. GooglePerry Bishop and its staff are a delight, and helped me through til the final exchange, having been let down by buyers 3 times! I feel like I became friends with them through the process! Thank you Shirley, Mandy, Karen, Lorraine and everyone in this super friendly, efficient, patient and fantastic estate agent! I havent sold a property before, but they all helped me negotiate properly, and did so with the patience for it to be in my favour. I feel like the whole team works together, they are prompt in communication and know their game inside out, which allowed me to relax a bit in their hands. I highly recommend Perry Bishop Cheers!

GoogleGreat experience. The staff are so easy to deal with. We have only been in our rented house for about three months and Jeff the property manger is a really nice guy. If we have any issues he is very efficient and gets thing done promptly and is just a phone call and email away. Thank you Jeff and Perry Bishop.

GoogleI found Perry bishop Stroud to be very kind helpful and professional. They also brought me up to date with the new tenancy rules coming in soon which was really helpful. They found new tenants for the property, they did several viewings, gave me lots of information about applicants and gave me the time to consider them without putting any pressure on me. Very much appreciated.

GoogleI want to say thank you particularly to Paula and Leigh at Perry Bishop for all their help during our search for a home this year. We had some really crappy experiences with other agents in the area when it came to communication or general helpfulness with our search. We we're on a timescale to find something as we were ion the process of relocating and selling our home. It was looking a little hopeless but Leigh and Paula really seemed to take the challenge on and were forthcoming in options for us. We were based 3 hours away and lots of agents wouldn't even entertain the idea of a virtual viewing which wasn't helpful for us given the distance we needed to travel to view potential properties but Leigh at Perry Bishop has no issue doing this for us which was a welcome change and as a result we ended up renting a property she had shown us. We found the perfect rental so we could make our move in the timescale we wanted and we're very happy with the whole process. Some estate agents in this digital world can be lacking in the personal approach so it was really lovely to feel like we we're treated personably and cared for by Perry Bishop during this journey. Thanks for all your help. Great company and excellent team. Would absolutely recommend!

GoogleCourt Hill House, Standish renting. Be aware, the house is in dire need of repairs, but the landlord will not follow through on promised upkeep. He then seems to believe he is entitled to our deposit. As helpful and understanding the staff at Perry Bishop were, the high turn over of staff didnt help, but essentially they are powerless in terms of controlling the landlord anyway. Mr Bishop, I see your response. If you want to retain your new staff, I would suggest you consider the landlords you represent. They had to deal with many fruitless attempts at dealing with this landlord. This is not isolated, we have met a previous tenant with identical experience, and yet you continue to market this property. I would suggest that tenants should be able to leave their feedback for future potential tenants so they can make an informed decision. I would be more than happy to share my experience, the evidence I submitted to the DPS, and their independent report. Knowing that tenants experiences will be shared, would I am sure change the way the worst landlords will behave.
