We have just sold our house through Hamptons in Godalming and would highly recommend the whole team. Lead by Jake who did our appraisal, negotiations and guided everything forward in the background. Pippa who showed numerous people round with continued enthusiasm and flexibility on time. Ross who looked after the subsequent sale (which became quite protracted due to our buyers first buyer pulling out on day of exchange!). He worked hard with all parties to ensure we got over the line the second time. I also felt it important to have an agent with a high street presence in my local town which is no longer the case for many agents.

Extremely disappointed by the service. After a recommendation from a friend, we had regular contact with Malte Lau. Unfortunately his own interests came before that of his customers. It’s a real shame as Hamptons had such a positive reputation and now I will be telling friends and anyone who will listen to avoid them due to the actions of one employee.

I just have to say, Ever since we’ve had Max Barnes as our property manager, he has done an incredible job on being quick and taking action when it comes to having minor issues with our rented property. It reassures you that the issue will be resolved pronto in the future. He also gives us a routine phone call to make sure everything is up to date/if we aren’t happy with anything at present. All round lovely guy, who is approachable and easy to communicate with. Give this guy some recognition. Dedicated to the job and always going that extra mile!

We had some electrical problems moving into a new property and ground floor electricity had to be rewired. It is quite a big job that took some time and left holes in our ceiling. We are expecting an arrival of a child in a week and are very grateful to Lucy Desborough for quickly finding a contractor and arranging cosmetic work to be done before Platinum Jubilee weekend. She made this stressful process much easier and we are happy to be able to enjoy our new home.

We've been out of the property for 15 days, still no news from Greene & Co, now Hamptons, when our deposit is going to be transfered in. The landlord claims he's been chasing them as well to find out!I don't even understand whey they are holding our deposit when they didn't even manage the property. This should be illegal.

Elle Seaby at Hampton's is an absolute superstar for acting with five-star speed and efficiency in getting a plumbing emergency sorted for me today. Unable to make calls from my mobile, the entire débâcle had to be dealt with via email which Elle responded to in a calm and timely manner and within the hour, a plumber showed up and by the time I arrived home from work, everything was back in working order again. Phew! Both myself and my landlord are very happy with the results and I am extremely grateful to Elle and to Hamptons for their pleasant and professional handling of the situation. Highly recommend.

I went for a property viewings wiht Hamptons. Despiste booking the viewing, the property agent (Ben Constantinou) never arrived to show me the flat. On top of that he kept saying that he js going to arrive whereas he never intended to. He wasted our 1 hour never responded to any of my calls. Very UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. DON’T use them.

I understand the viewing took place at a development with many others nearby, understandably these buildings have many blocks and entrances and I believe perhaps you may have been at different locations within the premises and were unable to locate one another. We are passionate about providing an outstanding service and would be more than happy to rearrange your viewing with either Ben or another member of the team to ensure you have had the opportunity to view the property. Perhaps you could look at meeting at a nearby location and travel to the premises together to ensure this issue doesn't occur again. I cannot recommend Hamptons in Godalming highly enough. They worked hard to sell our house and despite losing the original buyer due to the Covid pandemic they persevered to find another.
