He has a very friendly open manner , is easy to get hold of, very responsive and is very understanding of a landlords needs and perspective. He is very professional and experienced in his field. He remains calm under pressure, can be assertive when necessary, is very organised and you can rely on him and trust that he will get things done. He takes control of things for you , is constructive in finding solutions and making helpful suggestions in order to get things done. We had struggled to find someone capable/willing to remove a large canting tree at the very end of our garden, next to a shed and a fence. Mandy Dorta thought outside the box and managed to achieve this through someone, quite rightly, she thought could achieve this. If the tree had come down it would have caused serious damage but Mandy Dorta was proved right as the chosen person did a very difficult job very well, especially given the lack of parking outside the house.
