He made us feel that he was taking a real interest in what we were looking for, making general recommendations relating to area's, popular schooling and general useful tips - He appeared both experienced and knowledgeable. GoogleWe visited this office last year to get a valuation on our Cotswolds country house. To be honest, we didn’t stay long. We’d clearly interrupted someone’s lunch which was unfortunate. The gentleman carried on eating while talking to us, mouth full, and even made a few comments about us being from London, as if we weren’t welcome in the area because we were "affecting the local market", when we were clearly already in the area, hence why the need for the valuation. It all felt incredibly unprofessional. The office itself didn’t match what we expected from a supposedly high-end agency either. We were genuinely surprised that Fine & Country would put their name to it. They are in fact a small, low-end local agency that happened to have the franchise. In the end, we instructed Murrays instead, and they were fantastic from the start, exactly the professional service we were looking for.

GoogleWhen we made an impromptu visit on a Saturday in March to register, we were made to feel as if we were a bad smell that had entered the place. Our details were scribbled down in pencil on a scrap of paper, as if they were going to be thrown away the second we left. The person was knowledgeable but patronising. We've since found a property with another estate agent.
