FacebookMe and my partner were first time buyers recommended to Medway mortgage shop. So we took the advice and we were so so glad we did! Our first meeting was during the midst of the pandemic but Medway mortgage shop remained very professional and we felt very safe when going to the shop! Steve couldn’t do enough to help us! As first time buyers we didn’t have a clue what we was doing, steve is very knowledgeable in all the areas we needed help in and was even able to help us with getting the house insurance and life insurance which was great for us getting everything done at one place! We had several problems due to the pandemic but Steve didn’t give up in helping to get us our mortgage, he went above and beyond in explaining every step and in getting our mortgage and kept us very up to date on the mortgage rates and housing market. Which was a lot due to the pandemic and some mortgages being taking away. Steve was never too busy to take our calls (we asked a lot of questions) and made sure that we got the right mortgage for us! Steve was very persistent in helping us get our home! Could not fault Medway mortgage shop in any way! Massive massive thank you!!!!

FacebookI would recommend MMS to anyone who wants to be kept in the loop about every step of their sale. If you like regular updates from dedicated people whose focus is on progressing your sale, then MMS is for you. The impressive fees are beyond competitive for the quality care they provide. From the moment we instructed to the congratulations on completion day, they were always at the end of the phone or available by email. We had so many people through the door and multiple offers. All agents can put photos up on the major house search sites, but not everyone can treat you like someone they care about and like they are genuinely looking out for your best interests. The world has gone mad with self service but I would tell anyone who asks, don’t go it alone... get the professional support of people who will look after you every step of the way.
