GoogleWe used Busybees for the sale of our property and I can highly recommend them. We worked solely with Charlie who was dilligent and hard working and actually has completely changed my general attitude towards estate agents over the years. Our sale took 5 1/2 months and throughout the process I never once had to chase him, he always answered the phone or called me straight back with exactly the information required. He chased solicitors and the purchasers for information we needed without us even having to ask, showing real pro-active thinking, and what more can you ask for? We were very impressed and subsequently it made a frustrating and stressful process that much easier knowing he was on top of it all.

GoogleUnfortunately this is one of the most incompetent letting agencies I have ever come across. If you do look to use them then just be aware that they may take a very long time to do anything, you will have to chase things up yourself and be prepared for them not to update you on anything when they advise you that they would.

GoogleArrived for a viewing last Saturday but the place had already been let. No one had let us know and they had no record of us even wanting a viewing. Definitely wouldn’t use again.

Hi Sophie we are sorry that you were not contacted we do notify people who are still waiting to view a property when a holding deposit has been taken, it was a failure on our part, we did apologise at the time but please accept our apology again.

I am sorry to read that the experience that you had did not meet with your expectations. We pride ourselves on our customer service but as we explained to you we do not operate a Tenant Waiting List, as they go out of date so quickly, and therefore do not take contact details from anyone unless we are able to help them within the next few days. Unfortunately, the property that you expressed an interest in had been let and we were unable to help you and you were advised to register your interest with the major property portals, Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market, all of which we advertise on. As explained to you, when you called, registering your interest via these sites means that if any agent lists a property that meets your criteria you will automatically be contacted by that site and can respond directly to the Agent. I am sorry that our advice did not meet with your expectations. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to discuss this further.
