GoogleOur business Home of the Sofa has successfully engaged with Tim Cox on two occasions in relation to the search and occupation of retail premises in Stratford-upon-Avon. Tim was friendly, approachable and highly proactive in terms of finding both our initial start up location and the larger premises that we currently occupy. GoogleTim and Alison have both shown nothing but professionalism and patience in droves in dealing with our commercial lease. Things between our solicitors were slow moving but the team at Tim Cox Associates handled it so well and kept us in the loop.

YellUnprofessional and Aggressive
Rude behaviour by the PA/Administrator Alison Davies. Unprofessional, aggressive and extremely unkind treatment. All other viewings of the day had been appropriately organised except mine. I was judged and badly mistreated. It's a shame that genuine people with genuine business interests have been tarnished and prevented from the same opportunities as others, based on their ethnic name. Extremely disappointed.

GoogleVery unprofessional and awful experience. Estate agent failed to show up to pre arranged viewing. Then after managing to view the commercial property ourselves and expressing our interest in it they told us it was taken. Why book viewings and list it as available if going to rent it to existing tenants in the building anyway. Complete waste of time and advise using someone else
