Poor quality lettings agent who we constantly had to hound to have repairs done and work attended to including major bathroom work. Nicola is really quite bizarre. Tenancy checks always consisted of her arriving in an Audi TT and thoroughly, thoroughly checking the condition of the built-in oven. Savilles were never quite as thorough in their response or actions though.

As a landlord who has worked with Charles Saville for over 10 years I have always fund them efficient and extremely supportive of their potential clients. They are always fair and efficient in handling Tenants issue thus ensuring that complaints or repairs are undertaken quickly. When Tenants leave they are very fair with regard to dilapidations / wear and tear. I came to work at Stratford Upon Avon on a short term project with my company. I was looking for a 3 bedroom property to rent on a short term basis. I struggled to find a property as all of the letting agents I tried wanted a minimum 12 month lease. I was really struggling when I found Charles Saville Lettings who found myself & 2 colleagues a beautiful 3bedroom grade 2 listed cottage style property in the centre of Stratford and could offer me a 6month lease which took the pressure of my house search. Nicola and Becky helped me work through the application process which was realy helpfull as this was the first time I had rented. They turned the application around very quickly and have followed my rental with the occasional phone call just to see if everything is o.k. with our new home. I was so impressed with the personal, friendly and professional attitude of the team, that when another colleague joined the project I had no hesitation in giving him thier details. Again they acted quickly and provided him with a 1bedroom apartment. I can only hope that any future rentals I need to take when working away are as enjoyable and hassle free as my time with Charles Saville.

About six months ago, we moved into our apartment ready for the birth of our little girl, Nicola, Becky and Graham could of not been more helpfull!! Anything we needed, they sorted, any questions we had, they knew what we needed, wanted and the best way forward for us!
