Managed to balance encouragement and toughness to a buyer that was slow to exchange & complete after the accepted offer - buyer introduced numerous obstacles which created unnecessary delay. The other agents told me there was a ‘ceiling’ price for property on my road and valued accordingly. I didn’t agree and sought a valuation from DM which came in at exactly the price I had in mind. They then promptly sold it at that price within 6 weeks!! I could have been very out of pocket if I hadn’t trusted Dominic Murphy. I have recommended them to friends and would use them again. Overall very pleased with the service throughout.

If you can sell a house with Brexit rumbling on, then you deserve to be recommended to others. We cannot speak highly enough of Ann and Debbie- they make a formidable team. Two totally professional agents who made our dream happen. Debbie in particular was awesome and seems to spend her days "off" on the job through texts, updates and other means of putting her client first- she may not be at work, but for us, she was always working. Well done to this local, independent agent who we would definitely use again.

Honest, professional and genuinely care. I would get regular calls on updates on the house we were buying. Sometimes I found certain individuals a bit pushy and as if they didn't appreciate how hard I was trying to get things to go through however upon reflection it was because they were so passionate about achieving a date that their seller wanted.I dealt with a guy called Daniel who was the model professional empathetic, kind and thoughtful - never pushy but always direct. He was a joy to work with.

From an initial Valuation by a very attractive young lady, Olivia, to being taken up by a very personable young man,Daniel. The team were extremely helpful and informative. they quickly found me a buyer for the property! We were recommended this small estate agency and we were originally apprehensive about using them at the time, and considered staying with a larger well known company, however I am so glad we stuck with them. With these guys you get such a fantastic personal and one to one approach that many of the other companies lack. Each viewing there was always someone with me and there was always a friendly voice with each of my stressing and numerous calls. I did order them with so many calls!!! Not once did they show signs of annoyance from my persistent questions which I had received from the bigger well known names. And how fast and hard they work!!! 3 offers within as many days! Despite previously being with a larger company who hadn't even got the ball rolling within a week! And it doesn't just stop once they have your money, the after care is second to none and I honestly cannot fault them. Hopefully we won't be moving elsewhere for a while but would not look to use anyone but them if we do! Thanks so much for helping such a stressful and manic time be so easy and smooth.

Extremely happy with the professional service received from all at DM, especially both Debbie and Anne who assisted me along the way in purchasing our house. They were very calm and supportive, as well as assisting in moving the process along, which, with house moving is always stressful at times.I would always recommend DM to anyone looking to move house, and if ever we move again, we would have no hesitation in using them.
