I recently had the pleasure of working with Charlene on the design of their new website, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Charlene was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process, professional, approachable, and very clear about her vision. It’s obvious that this is a hardworking local business that genuinely cares about its clients. If you’re looking to buy or sell a property in the area, I would highly recommend Charlene Patton Auctioneers.

We have been renting a property via Charlene Patton Auctioneers since November 2018. From our first day meeting Charlene she has been by far the best estate agent/property manager we have worked with in about two decades of renting. Through difficult times such as lockdown, she and her team have been caring, helpful, communicative, and reliable. We recently had an issue with a leaking pipe inside a wall, which Charlene had resolved within 24 hours. A pleasure to deal with, highly recommended!

I'll admit i don't often leave reviews but I have to say this past year has been made a lot easier by the fact of having Charlene's help as the letting agent I dealt with. Any issues I had were dealt with quickly and any queries I had responded to swiftly and I would highly recommend her to anyone when looking for somewhere to rent or hopefully find your forever home. Thank you again for making a tough year that bit easier

Charlene has been managing a property for me for a few years now. I have always felt very reassured that Charlene is capable of handling anything that could arise with this task. Charlene is approachable, diligent, organised and forward thinking. As I do not live in Ireland, having Charlene manage the property has given me great peace of mind. I know it is in safe hands. I recommend Charlene without hesitation.

I could not recommend Charlene and her team highly enough. Charlene has a friendly no nonsense approach (quite rare now). It is obvious she knows her trade. I went to her office anxious with uncertainty as to how to go about letting my property. I left her office confident that I could not only do it but that I had all the support and guidance I would need. Thank you Charlene
