Due to the fact that family members live long distances away and that the house was unoccupied we were therefore very reliant on the agents facilitating all aspects of the sales process for us and providing advice and sound,reliable contacts for any work that needed undertaking to aid the sale.
My parents first moved to the Stowmarket area in 1969 and since that time had several house sales and purchases. Over the years Paul Wright & Co has always been their estate agent of choice due to the overall satisfation with the service provided.
This is certainly reflected in our experience and we would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleLetting agents often get a bad name. Not this one. I try and be a model tenant and not bother them if I don't need to. However, on the rare occasion I need to ask for help or there's an issue with the property, the team at Paul Wright & Co have always been a pleasure to deal with. I'm never made to feel like I'm a pain. I had to contact them 5 minutes before they finished yesterday and there was still care taken to listen and understand the problem and the problem was completely resolved in under 2 hours. GoogleTried to arrange a viewing for a flat advertised as available in 26 days and was told unless I only had to give two weeks notice I couldn’t go any further than that.
So lesson is if you are in a Tenancy agreement of any kind that requires the standard one month notice to move out don’t bother looking at any properties advertised by this company as they won’t entertain anyone in a current lease/contract. Very disappointed.
