1/5, Very Poor and Disappointing Service
Extremely disappointed with LSK. Our garage conversion was promised within 6, 8 weeks but took around 5 months, and even then the work was not properly completed.
We constantly had to chase them for updates and completion. Communication was very poor when we needed the work finished, although they were always quick to respond when it concerned payment.
Even basic finishing work, including skirting boards and proper final finishing, was left incomplete.
A very stressful and frustrating experience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend LSK.

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I had such a bad experience with this agency with Jason Miller, tried renting a place and this gentleman from the start point gave me and my husband the dirty eye, I disclosed absolutely all the information including CCJ (which was paid) and he called us to doubt all the information, call us liars and mockingly answer each question with the last communication being that he advice the landlords against renting the place, the same information I supplied this joke of an agency I gave to another excellent agency in the area and surprise we got a house within a week while we wait to move in into the house we bought near in the area. I would say stay far away from it, don’t waste your time not energy.

At Lacy Scott & Knight, all applications are reviewed in consultation with the landlord, who ultimately makes the final decision as the property owner. Our role is to present the factual information provided by applicants and independent reference reports so the landlord can make an informed choice about who they feel is a suitable fit for their property. In this instance, the landlord was not comfortable proceeding due to the presence of County Court Judgement's (CCJ's), as outlined in your review. While CCJ’s may be settled, they can remain visible on a credit file for up to seven years. Therefore the landlord decided not to proceed.
We are sorry if any of our communication during this process came across as discourteous or insensitive. It is never our intention to appear rude, and our questions are asked solely to ensure that all information is accurate and complete.
We appreciate you raising your concerns and we are pleased to hear that you have since secured alternative accommodation. We wish you every success and all the best for the future.

GoogleI would recommend, without hesitation Lacy Scott & Knight, Stowmarket. My experience with them has been nothing short of exemplary. I have found them to have been professional, efficient and trustworthy. In fact, I would go further to say they went above and beyond helping me as the seller with aspects of the process that I could not do not being located in the area.
I met three agents in the run up to the sale, all said similar things and fees were broadly the same. In the end it came down to a recommendation and personal service. LSK offered a more pragmatic and realistic approach in respect of the price range.
Every interaction with them has been courteous and professional. In my limited experience properties are reviewed online via the main platforms and I do not think it is relevant how many properties the agent has, rather how they will work with the buyer and seller to make a successful transaction.
