GoogleLucy was amazing from start to finish, for reasons outside of her control our house took 6 months from offer and we completed and exchanged on the day our mortgage offer ran out! If it wasn’t for Lucy chasing daily we would not have even gotten our house or even been able to complete. She didn’t mind my constant emails or calls and was always polite in representing us in the best way possible. We wouldn’t be in our house if it wasn’t for her!

GoogleI had an outstanding experience with Bricks Estate Agents, thanks to Juan and his incredible team. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me through every step of the process. I would highly recommend Juan and the Bricks team to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property. Their professionalism and personal touch make all the difference Highly recommend for both lettings and sale!

GoogleWe were very impressed with the service we received from all the Bucks Team from initial contact to getting the sale of the house to completion. They kept us updated on a weekly or so basis of what the current position was with the chain and even helped us keep our solicitor to a timely schedule. Vicky was very understanding when photographing the house etc., understanding that it is your home and worked with us to get the best pictures for the internet portals. We were completely happy with their fees which were very competative with the 2 other Agents we asked to value our home. We have no hesitation in recommending Bucks if you need to sell a house in or around Stowmarket.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSold my house through Bucks this year, and was extremely happy with the service from all the helpful staff there. My house sold to the second person they sent round, and a lovely buyer. Think I spoke to nearly all the staff during the move process, and all could not have been more helpful in answering queries, chasing solicitors in the chain and helping to get everything moving. Everyone was professional and importantly, swift and responsive. Would absolutely use them again a very big thank you to Vicky and the team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleEveryone was very helpful and professional. I appreciate the advice prior to my sale. Thank you Vicky and Alison. Although my house sold to the first person that looked at it, there was a fair deal of chasing of my chain required. Thank you Lucy for your efforts with that. Great team effort, thank you!
