Great and reliable service. Due to circumstances I wasn't able to come for a physical viewing of the flat, but Konrad Kruk made sure to send all the necessary information I needed to make a good decision through recordings and pictures. Nicole Fingerhut helped me through the process of signing the contract and quickly provided me with all useful documentation. They were very transparent on where we were in the process and always kept me informed and updated.

Knight Frank Property Manager Lee Murad has managed the block of Covent Garden flats in which I have lived for twenty years. He is easily the most detail orientated, effective, and professional Property Manager we have had in that time, handling large scale invasive projects like window replacements to urgent repairs with intelligence and care. His all-tenants emails are carefully respectful and informative, fire and general safety are clearly very important to him, and it is refreshing to see a property manager think carefully about the Landlord’s interests when arranging remedial works. We have experienced property managers booking unnecessary works through working with contractors they should not, or not being knowledgeable enough to call out contractors who have done work to an unsatisfactory standard.Thank you Lee for your excellence.

Letting made simple

Have been letting through KF for a couple of years and the agent, Phillip Dunn, has made things very easy. The flat was let within hours of going live. There were a few teething problems with the place being a new build, and he was largely successful in keeping any stress away from me. Now the flat seems to be working fine with only the usual wear and tear problems and Phillip deals with issues without fuss, keeping me up to date on problems and suggesting fixes which are costed and only require a yes/no answer. Basically, it's letting made simple

I am very impressed with Knight Frank Bath office and especially with Francesca Leighton-Scott who has shown her resolve to navigate through two difficult years due to lawyers losing the deeds, and yet still find a way through it all to come up trumps at the end. I have trusted in Fran for several years and she has successfully sold 4 properties and/or land for me.
