Had some very good and useful discussions with main contact who was very knowledgeable. However, there was rather less attention to detail than I expected with promises not actually fulfilled. Few viewings were achieved and we sold at a substantial discount. Mainly of course the market but ultimately we felt Knight Frank could have done more.

We were very impressed with Knight Frank's office throughout a challenging sale and purchase transaction. Our planned selling price was beaten, even though we were quite ambitious in our estimation. This could only have been achieved by this professional organisation having and applying appropriate, local knowledge, outstanding marketing and delightful, competent people. Where there were issues downstream in our chain, we were kept informed of what was happening and what we could do in response to the problems. We received confident and clear guidance throughout. We cannot complete this review without making particular mention of Helen Waddilove, our agent. She was analytical, supportive, determined and thorough in all that she did. She worked long and hard to help us reduce delays and resolve our many challenges. Would that every company had people like her. It's rare to have such capabilities strongly reinforced with a delightful personality. She is the person that you want on your side when you most need someone. Thank you very much!
