Knight Frank has been very professional and efficient in processing my rental offer and getting all the documentation done before I move in- it was a seamless process! Rosi- my property manager has been very helpful to support with my request after move in, she assisted me in applying underground parking slot, fixing of the aircon and replacement of worn mattress. she has been very helpful and responsive.

Other estate agents were getting me below asking price and not able to find a high calibre applicant. Moreover, without her I would have found this tenancy agreement very exhaustive and stressful. I rent the property from KF, it was good in the beginning however after I moved in lots of problems need to fix. The property manager is very hard to contact and I was being locked outside of flat for many hours because the lock is damaged. Moreover, every time ask them to replace or repair at least takes few months. KF has many nice properties, the only thing that matters is hope it doesn’t get wrong
