The two ladies who did the viewings were very good too. All three came out before the house went on the market to get to know the property. I have already recommended her to friends. We have just had a possible AST lease extension with a rent increase recommended by Knight Frank. It was with a good tenant that we did not want to lose. Brigette from Renewals negotiated very smoothly with the tenant and we did agree a new rent acceptable to both parties. Knight Frank carry out the whole lease renewal process very professionally and make it a pleasant experience for the landlord.
