GoogleKnight Frank Stow-on-the-Wold We recently moved and our sellers had listed their property with Knight Frank Stow-on-the-Wold. Having moved several times in the past ten years, I have previously found that it’s quite rare as a buyer, to have such excellent communications from the sellers estate agent. Helen, has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, she has been incredibly proactive when ensuring everything was moving along with the sale, answering many important questions and chasing all relevant parties when needed, she is extremely personable and professional, with all our dealings. On the day we completed we were welcomed with an absolutely beautiful moving in gift bag, which was such a lovely touch! Moving home is one of the most stressful times in life, but Helen, at Knight Frank Stow, made it incredibly easy on our purchase and quite frankly, put our own estate agent to shame. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Knight Frank in the future.

The move in experience was not very good. First of all, you promised you will check all the appliances and make sure they are in working condition however, at least 3 broken parts was found by us and when we ask for repairing, we have to wait for 2 weeks. Second, the heating was not working at all, we followed the instructions and no heat is generated. The QR code you send us telling us how to use it is already not working I asked for a new one but no reply. Same as the security camera, no instructions given telling us how to use it. The hot water runs out easily and when we are showering it often turn cold. We ask for check, still needs a long time to do it. Finally your agent is not replying at all. I send messages and he only reads but doesn’t reply at all. I don’t know why this is happening. Sometimes when I have an issue no one is there to help. I know the place where I could get a key just 2 hour before I was arriving at my flat. This was a serious mistake taken by you, I asked you many days earlier about the keys but everyone was not sure. This makes me very angry. Hope you could have done better later.
