GoogleBiggest crooks going. Do not under any circumstances rent property through this company. £8000 of damage to kitchen. Deposit was not put in a deposit scheme. If you are unfortunate enough to rent through these cowboys check that they have put the deposit in a scheme. Check through the scheme and not them.

GoogleI reached out to Terry about a week before we were due to exchange and he was in touch immediately and round the next day to provide a quote. As soon as we exchanged he was round to get started (we were lucky our seller was kind enough to let is move garden furniture the night before the move) despite us not completing until 4.30 he was still there and got started. He arrived promptly the next morning and was so friendly, chatty and hard working. His colleague Mark arrived shortly after and they both got everything sorted so swiftly. Once we got keys, they were quick to get everything in, always checking where best to put anything making it so helpful with the sort out! Could not recommend highly enough. This agent were also the cheapest compared to other local competitors and so it was a win-win all round with excellent service and value for money. I would definitely use them again.

GoogleWe used Severn Estates to move house and they were fantastic from start to finish. Quick quotes, really competitive price and extremely friendly guys. They even found our properties on Rightmove so knew what contents they would have to move without coming round or doing any kind of video, as some companies do now. They could not do enough to get us moved in despite many, many obstacles and date changes - not caused by them. When the sellers of our new house had failed to pack and move out on time, Severn Estates helped them move out quickly, so we could move in. This was completely not their responsibility and many would have washed their hands of the problem - but these guys went above and beyond to get us moved in. They also collected from our three different properties (one Manchester and 2 Midlands), stored some of the contents for several weeks, and moved all contents in to the new property in one go. All property collections were done different times to suit different exchange dates. They were quick, efficient and were nothing but professional. I even contacted them again recently to move a very heavy stone bath tub upstairs, because noone else could do it. They accepted the challenge and got an extremely heavy bath up a winding staircase - with a Minton floor at the bottom and a massive stained glass window at the top - with 4 of their men, in minimal time and with no damage. Could not praise them highly enough!

Awful experience. No updates, only one viewing in neqrly 5 weeks, no video or feature on selling sites or FB, for sale sign fell down and they never put it back up. Swapping to a different estate agent now and already have a viewing before even going live!
