Hi S C., We think you may have reviewed the wrong estate agency and mistaken us for a company with a similar name in the South East. We are an independent estate agency based in the West Midlands. If you could remove your review, it would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Mohammed Al. We don't know who you are and are certain we have never done any business with you! As you are based in Saudi Arabia, we are confused as to how you found us, however, as you have reviewed the wrong estate agency, we would be obliged if you would remove your review which otherwise reflects on us badly. Many thanks.

Hi M Q. We are not sure how you found us but we have never done any business with you. You appear to have reviewed the wrong estate agency - and in the wrong country!!! Whilst we wish we could help, you are in Saudi Arabia and we do not conduct any business there. As a small independent estate agency, incorrect reviews such as this are rather damaging. We would appreciate your deleting this. Many thanks.

We appear to have suffered a one star review from someone who left us no comment or the opportunity to discuss any concerns which they may have had. Of course, we are concerned and would appreciate the opportunity to engage to resolve any issue that may have arisen. We are a friendly and approachable firm.
