GoogleStan was truly wonderful in helping me through a very stressful move. He did his utmost to speed things up for me, communicating with the vendor, her solicitor and mine. He was always on hand to talk to and super efficient and professional. I would highly recommend him and Re-Max Stourbridge.

He was very professional and helpful making it all easy from start to finish-Even the price! I would not hesitate to recommend his services!

GoogleRecently put my house up for rent,this was my first step into the rental market and chose remax to do it for me.mark came round to see me and instantly put myself at ease and answered all the questions I had.pictures were taken of the property and quickly put onto their website,it didnβt take long for it to be rented out.i can only say good things about mark and the company and are looking forward to a long association with them

GoogleStan came out to value our property today. He was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and approachable. We explained to him that weβre not quite ready to sell yet, and weβre just assessing our options and whether or not to move yet. He is happy to wait, and has agreed not to chase us every week, and has a great approach to dealing with people- not like your average agent! If we choose to sell in the coming weeks, months or years, then we will go nowhere else other than RE/MAX. Thank you for restoring our faith in estate agents!

GoogleStan wasnβt our direct estate agent but he went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smooth as possible, we viewed the property before going on the market and made the offer the following day, he was knowledgable and professional. Nothing ever seemed too much, couldnβt recommend his services highly enough!

GoogleWe have just received outstanding service from this Estate Agents Office. When a house sale or purchase goes smoothly it is so easy to dismiss Estate Agents as doing nothing to earn a large chunk of commission. In fact, few sales/purchases go smoothly and, when you hit problems, you really need people like Branch Manager, Stan Heeks, and his staff on your side. Their excellent communications skills and can-do attitudes undoubtedly contributed to the successful conclusion of one of the most difficult sales we have ever experienced. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
