GoogleWe had previously used another branch of this estate agent to sell a deceased relatives home and we received an excellent service a few years ago. However, i was quite disappointed when I asked them for a valuation of my home. He seemed uninterested in my prooerty and distracted.
I even had to chase them for their valuation document which I eventually received weeks later. This put me off wanting to use this agent again.

Hi Tina,
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback but we cannot find a record of a valuation this year under your name. Your comments have been noted but can you please clarify when this was?
We are sorry to learn that your recent experience did not meet the same standards as your previous one. If you would be open to discussing this further, we would love the opportunity to speak with you directly to restore your faith in us.
Regards,
Eden Midcalf

GoogleNot very good experience as a tenant. On leaving,no matter how you clean your house they will still bring out something to deduct money from your deposit.Charge me £60 of damage which was already there when we have moved in!

GoogleWould highly recommend, have used other agents in the past but these are fantastic, sold my house within a few weeks for more than asking. Great service from all the sales team and their manager.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
