GoogleWe used AP Morgen switching from our previous estate agents as they haven't really performed. From the first communication to the last, I was impressed with their approach and responsiveness, even in the pandemic(which was manic) times. Their approach and quality pictures made a difference, and we always felt that they do their best to sell our home and get the best value for us, but never overpromised and kept it honest. We are very grateful for their help and services in selling our home, so we were able to find our new dream house.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotMark at ap Morgan
I met Mark on arrival and straightaway felt at ease, he showed me round the property explained about the property in a manner that was understandable to me! He let me look around ask questions and never made it seem I was inconveniencing him. Very polite, professional man.

TrustpilotModern Day Auction made easy!
I won the auction for Coney Green Drive. The guys at the Devon Way Branch were excellent once again as that's my 2nd property in the last 3 months I've brought from them. Once again they've arranged all the finance and solicitors for me. A great end to end service thank you guys!

TrustpilotGreat service, refreshing to see someone with passion for the job.
Mark was very professional and attentive. Didn’t just stand there and offer no input which we have noticed with other agents in the past, he was passionate and gave suggestions to problems we may have pointed out. Very friendly and made us feel at ease.

The Agents Rep was very helpful and courteous. She patiently waited for us although we were running 15 minutes late. She took time to show us around and answered all of our questions satisfactory. Despite the fact that she had another viewing booked soon after at another location. Altogether it was a very pleasant experience.
