TrustpilotFirst House Viewing
Good viewing, thanks Mark.Only reservation was it was only 15 mins and although we'd seen most of the house we needed to, afterwards I'd wished we'd gone out to see the garden, although we didn't ask at the time either.

TrustpilotBuying first house
Me and my partner had Ilene for our first viewing and she couldn't have made us feel more at ease. As first time buyers we were quite nervous but any questions were answered promptly and kept us included in the process. Very happy and can't wait to be in our home now, and happy with how APMorgan, especially Ilene have helped us through the process.

TrustpilotMark has shown me around two properties…
Mark has shown me around two properties in the last couple of weeks, he has had all the required information to hand such as the ground rent and service charge. Mark has identified the positives within properties, but also tried to offer solutions to the negatives which I have put forward. Mark has ensured that I have enough time within the properties and asked if there were particular rooms I’d like to go back to.
Hi Lucy, thank you for taking the time to leave us this amazing review. It's great to hear that Mark left a good impression! Best of luck.

I recently purchased a house, this is the only time where I have purchased and the process has felt stress free. Throughout Britt was a star and if she wasn’t available the rest of the team remained helpful and polite keeping me informed , chasing both parties solicitors , going above and beyond to help myself with paperwork. Overall the experience was brilliant. Couldn’t of asked for more , thank you.
