We have just sold our second property with At Home, and this this time we had the pleasure to purchase our new home through them too. We wouldn’t use any other Estate Agent. Both properties we have sold within 3-6 weeks and achieved the best market value. We received regular updates (no less than weekly but quite often more frequently). All of the team are easy to talk to and keen to help. We mainly dealt with Alex and Paul, and we don’t have any criticisms. We felt valued from start to finish, and when things got complicated (the joys of old houses!) they liaised with all parties to ensure a solution was found. We put our property on the market at the end of February and we were in our new home by the end of June. Couldn’t be happier, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend At Home, and we wouldn’t use any other Estate Agent. Thank you!

Definitely recommend At Home. We sold our house with them as want to use more local companies. They sold our house with only 1 viewer!Alex was brilliant and knew exactly what we were looking for. Not sure where to even start !! After both buying and selling with Paul and his team I can’t praise them enough. Day or night and 7 days if required the team were available. They went way beyond what I expect any other agent would do. No ‘silly’ question was ever to much hassle. They kept the buyer of ours and sellers of our new home on track to ensure we closed on the day planned. They followed everything from surveys to solicitors and ensured everything went smoothly. So it seems that not all estate agents are the same! We bought and sold during the Covid pandemic and felt reassured that @Home were following all health and safety precautions. They definitely provide that personal touch and communicate proactively as well as being prompt in answering any queries. Being part of a relatively long chain had its issues but Paul and the team were amazing in reassuring us and letting us know where we were in the process. Would not hesitate to recommend @Home to anyone thinking of selling their home!

I enquired with At Home for a valuation on my property and after a lengthy conversation about my property and my onward requirements I had a valuation appointment for later that day. James provided me the valuation for my property and a lot of detail in how he had arrived at this figure and how similar properties had been performing in the area and I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Whilst for now I have decided that the timing is not right to procced with a sale, James was very understanding and completely understood my reasoning, but I will be returning to At Home for certain when I do come to sell. I would not hesitate to recommend James and At Home to anyone!

I have dealt with Paul and various members of the At Home team on quite a number of occasions - I have rented, purchased and sold through At Home Estate Agents. I have not been to anyone else since my first encounter with them. They offer a fantastic, honest service, they go out of their way to give you what you need and to advise on your best route forward. Super efficient staff and a super friendly service. The bonus is that you can even let them sort your mortgage out it just takes the headache out of the whole thing!

Just sold our house through At Home Estate Agents. George and Alex were fantastic. A great estate agent in Horsham (we have tried others). The photographer was amazing and the live walk around the house which was included for free really helped us find buyers that were actually interested. Once they sold our house George made sure he communicated with our buyer at all times while we found and purchased another property, even though we pulled out of one property due to survey we quickly found another and George was able to keep our buyer and we have successfully purchased our dream home. Thanks George,Alex and the team we couldn’t be happier. Would throughly recommend if you our looking for an estate agent that actually cares and our trustworthy.

A polished professional service was provided by Paul and Alice in order to sell our home in Southwater. The marketing of the property was first rate, we feel the virtual tour is does indeed improve the realism of the perception of the house and therefore viewers are more relistic on size (ours was a mid terrace starter home), as so much can be done with wide angle photo lenses. Photographer excellent. We were on the market twelve days before an open day. From that open day we received a formal offer a couple of working days later. The offer was at the base of our range and with the market mired in the brexit malaise we decided to accept. We ended up with other parts of the chain being problematic, but @Home kept us informed and worked diligently behind the scenes throughout toward completion. After completion Paul made a personal visit to us with some 'just moved' essentials which was a nice touch. In summary we found Paul to be funadmentally a decent bloke who delivered on what he said he would do, thus we learnt his word was trustworthy, a valuable commodity in this sector. Our gratitude goes also to Alice Peach who managed the first parts of the process. It is not easy for agents in Southwater with one ingrained big name incumbent. It seems to me @Home have forged number 2 spot through a polished client service proposition and solid numbers, which is borne of hard work and looking after their clients well. We wish you well for the future @home .

After using a couple of other local agency’s and being left disappointed we used at home. I literally cannot recommend them enough, they are so incredibly professional, reassuring and friendly. They listened to us, pitched the sale price right and every viewing was a genuine potential buyer not just a viewing to keep things ticking over. From day one they didn’t try to ‘sales pitch’ for your custom, a simple chat involving the facts in front of you instead so there is no hard sell. This is Paul’s company and he is always on hand to guide,support and reassure you even on his days off. He puts so much into it which is evident in how you are treated as a customer, the whole team puts you at ease.
