GoogleWe recently bought our new home through Hope Estate Agents in Stoney Stanton, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. It’s a lovely family-run business, and we dealt mainly with Nick and Marine, who were both brilliant throughout the process.
They were always friendly, honest, and quick to respond, keeping us informed every step of the way. Buying and selling a house was stressful, but Nick, Marine and colleagues made everything feel straightforward, well organised with straight honest answers.
We’re so happy with our new home and really appreciate all their hard work and support. Our only regret was not asking them for mortgage advice.
We’d highly recommend Hope Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy, sell or mortgage advice in the area!

The service they gave is excellent, the whole process, from marketing to viewings, right through to completion. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks to the whole team, but especially Marine for your guidance and expertise.

FacebookMarine dealt with both the sale of our home and also our Mortgage application. She was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible from start to finish!
When we need to renew our mortgage we will most certainly be getting back in touch with Marine.
If you’re local and looking to sell or buy I’d highly recommend speaking to Nick or Marine.

FacebookCannot recommend Marine enough! She found a better mortgage than I thought I'd be able to get, dedicating so much time to find the best product for us. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and could always get hold of Marine if I had any questions. Friendly service and a pleasure to deal with.

FacebookWe put our house on the market to test the water with no real urgency to move. HOPE sold the house in less than 24 hours of it going on the market. So it suddenly became all go! Now we couldn’t be happier in our new homeAnd communication wise Marine was brilliant Highly recommend

GoogleWe have sold our house stc in just over 4 weeks on the market. But it's not just for selling our house as to why I would have no qualms in recommending Hope Estates. At every opportunity they have gone over and above to help and reassure us, particularly after Brexit created a lot of uncertainty. I think it's fair to say I've been a bit stressed about the process at times but nothing ever seemed too much bother and they were always willing to help and reassure. Attended the viewing for you, called when they said they would, provided feedback quickly. If you're looking for an estate agent who provides the personal service then look no further.

GoogleNick is the expert on financing properties, including buy-to-let.
A house recently came on the market, which holds a lot of sentimental memories …

FacebookWe sold our house in Hinckley with Hope Estates. I can't recommend them highly enough - Marine and Nick did a sterling job of marketing our property - keeping us up to date with progress every step of the way. I'd have no hesitation in recommending that any prospective seller contacts them to arrange a valuation and to use them to market their property!
