Having just completed the sale of my late father's house in Stokenchurch, I'm more than happy to recommend the services of Wye Residential. Tim Anning in particular has been hugely helpful throughput the whole process, with his extensive local knowledge and experience of the housing market, he has patiently worked with me and the probate and conveyancing solicitors to market and sell the house. He has also provided a great deal of practical help, since I live quite some distance from the property, making numerous visits to the property on my behalf. I also found his colleague, Layla, to be very helpful and proactive on a couple of occasions when I needed help and Tim was out of the office. If you're looking to buy or sell a property in the Stokenchurch area I don't think you'll find a better estate agent to help you through the process.

We have to thank you and Simon for all the work you put into securing our new house and selling our existing house, you both went way above and beyond that which you would normally have had to do with a “normal” sale and purchase of two properties if such a situation exists. Everyone we have relayed our story to has commented on how did you keep the chain together over a time span of ten months. The answer was the fact that you both kept everyone informed as to what was happening, you made it your business to find out who was doing what and when, and then relayed the information to all parties. When our developer informed us that there was going to be a three month delay in the completion date of our new house, you took up the challenge of leading negotiations with great professionalism and skill to keep our chain together. You even kept us going sometimes when things were really looking very bleak. The above does not tell the whole story as you know too well, but to tell the whole story would take pages, not a few lines.
