From the moment I emailed until this day I have had nothing but 5*, first class customer service. To say I’m satisfied is an understatement. We worked closely with Chloe to get over move done and quickly and as smoothly as possible and that is exactly what she delivered. Chloe has to be the most uncomplicated estate agent I’ve ever come across, there was no hidden agenda and she was open about things that others wouldn’t have been. Excellent, pure asset to the company. 100% I’d recommend using Samantha Williams Estate Agents.. I’ll not use anyone else again! Thank you, so very much!

From the moment I contacted them, an actual person replied. Not on auto responder or silence…. Chloe, someone very senior, replied to simple me! She did not treat me as a number. She had a listening ear and was able to assist me so quickly. She ensured I was able to move into my new place within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this agent as giving a personal service. What a joy and a breath of fresh air.

We have had the best experience with Chloe at Samantha Williams & feel so so lucky to of found them. As new landlords finding our feet has been challenging but Chloe has literally been there every step along the way. She has offered endless advise which she didn't have to, responded to texts at all hours & done absolutely everything she can to make things go smoothly. Chloe and Sam sold my nan's house for our family. Obviously an emotional experience but they were so thoughtful and did all the viewings for us, kept us constantly up to date, nothing was too much trouble.
