A very professional service, from the initial meeting and valuation through to a successful sale. We were kept fully informed throughout the whole process. Jack the manager was quick to sort out any queries or questions. Highly recommend Reeds Rains estate agents to family and friends.

Ossett branch wakefield. Offered asking price for a property never heard from agent back. I rang over a week later to ask about feedback ,they said they had higher offer amd accepted never even asked us if we wanted to offer more. lost the house we wanted. very poor agent if you are buying or selling a house.

We found those we dealt with courteous and helpful at all times. On one occasion we had someone attend for a viewing who we hadn't been informed about. But this might not have been the fault of the office. Overall very happy with the service.
