We first became aware of Quality estate agents after receiving a leaflet through the door. We contacted Elizabeth as we were unhappy with the service the current agents were providing. Elizabeth visited our home and discussed at length the service they could provide. We were more than happy with layout of the pro-forms the pictures which were top quality and the advertising. Elizabeth was very punctual in attending viewings and always presented our property well. The service was top quality and we would definitely recommend to others.

Possibly one of the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with Liz was very professional and always on hand straight away when we had questions or things to chase, and where one company couldn’t sell our house in 2 months, all it took with Quality Estate Agents was 2 days to sell! Although our sale eventually fell through due to a problem on our end, we won’t hesitate to come back and use Liz and the team when the time comes to sell again Many thanks again for your hard work!

Very friendly and always contactable. We approached Quality when our original estate agents struggled to resell our property, when the 1st buyer had to pull out. I gave Quality estate agents a very tight timescale, to avoid losing the house we were buying. They went above and beyond and secured a buyer within the first viewing. Unfortunately things didn’t work out but as soon as they were informed of this, they were on the ball arranging more viewings. It’s been a very long 5 months but they were always contactable no matter what time of the day! We were treated like people , not a number! We got a lot more from Quality for half the price of the other estate agents!! I can not thank them enough !!!

Well it’s the easiest, 5 star review I have ever given! Simply put I made contact with Lizzie who arranged to come and view/ value my property. She followed up the visit which others didn’t and when discussed what I wanted nothing was too much trouble even when I wanted the listing to be finished and live online she stayed late at work to ensure it was done. The photos, write up and layout of the images all excellent and went hand in hand with the interactive 360 virtual viewing. This lead to lots of enquiries and viewings followed the next day We felt safe leaving our home in Lizzies hands while she showed potential buyers round. I have and will happily recommend Quality Estate Agents without hesitation. Many thanks again for everything!

Alex and Liz have been proactive in getting tenants, thorough in their checks, but most of all, super helpful with all the scary things, from rogue alarms to council tax demands, emergency plumbers and locksmiths.
