GoogleWhat can I say! From start to finish, the estate agents were absolutely amazing. Sam, who came to value the house and take photos, was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for her. Gemma was always happy to help and did her best to follow up when the solicitors were unresponsive. Deb was brilliant was always calm and happy to help and always came back to us when we had any questions. All the staff were friendly and supportive, even when we called frequently due to our slow and uncommunicative solicitors.
I would highly recommend them because moving is a stressful process, and having supportive and passionate people by your side makes a huge difference.

Hi Reece, sorry you felt the need to place this review. Your appointment was cancelled and offered to be re-arranged due to the extreme weather conditions. Schools were closed due to the heavy snow and staff had walked to the office.
We assessed each viewing in the mornings and again in the afternoons. Unfortunately there were viewings we had to cancel, these were properties that were mainly on estates. I was not prepared to send my staff out when they were at risk of falling due to poor conditions, or expect them to drive their own vehicles in Icy conditions.
The majority of our clients understood and changed their appointments. I am genuinely sorry if you felt we were being unreasonable.

I am sorry that you have felt the need to leave the above review on our own website, however we shall take the points raised onboard for future reference.
Accompanied viewings are available for all our clients/properties however there are times when the diary is full or they request out of office times and we are unable to accommodate when the potential buyer wishes to view, this is the only time we approach vendors of occupied properties to carry out their own viewings rather than miss a potential buyer.
Our boards are through a board contractor & I can see the under offer board was ordered, however I am sorry this was not erected & I shall look into it.
As for our service & undervalue of your property, the price is discussed and our professional advice/opinion is given at the initial appointment, the price is agreed with vendors at instruction to offer your property for sale.
We achieve 2 offers above your asking price, one of which was accepted.
Your disappointment with our service & it not being worth the fee agreed, I am a little taken aback, we have communicated with you through the process of the sale of your property and your purchase of a property, also through us. I felt I had assisted you in every way I could, I just wish you had approached me directly to say you felt differently.
If you would like to chat through any of the above, I am always willing to listen.

GoogleFound a lovely bungalow on Dylan road which states offer in excess of 100k…
We was abit disappointed as it was smaller than the pictures show but we still liked it… bearing in mind there is 2 mine shafts within 20metres of the property so it is cash buyers only..after a few days discussion we had agreed our max bid would be £130k but we said let’s start off very low to see if we could get it cheaper(surely this is what everyone does right) I rang and left a voice mail and offered 65k,I was finally rang back 2 days later by a absolute rude lady who’s words was “we have been offered double that!,im not even going to put that offer forward”
Having being spoken to like that,no way was I upping my offer….
I hope your seller sees this review and goes through a different estate agent… how many more houses have you lost your sellers 🤷♀️

Along with this and my neediness, this did not affect there attitude towards me, never felt like i was too much trouble and there bespoke service is very prevalent. Every time i contacted them it didn't matter which member of staff i dealt with, they all knew how things were progressing and where things were at with the sale. Also did everything they could to try and find us another property to purchase based on the criteria provided. Very personal, bespoke service provided throughout.
