Friday 8/4/22 (10:09 hrs) Phoned to make viewing appointment. I was told call diverted to Concierge/HO as Longton branch didn't answer. Details taken and told Longton will call you back. No replyFriday 8/4/22 (13:52 hrs) Phoned to chase up viewing appointment. I was told call diverted to Concierge HO as Longton branch didn't answer. Details taken again and told Longton will call you back again. No reply (again)Sat 9/4/22 (16:30 hrs). Left email using the "Contact Us" option on BJB website. No replyMon 11/4/22 (09:38 - Nigel). Called for 3rd time to try to make appointment to view house. Once again call transferred to Concierge/HO (Nigel). Once again told Longton would be in touch shortly.Current date/time =11/4/22 (14:47) Still no reply to the three phone calls or the email message. Shoddy customer service at best. At worst it is simply disrespectful and rude.SummaryI know it is a sellers market at the moment, but that doesn't give you the right to give such poor service to prospective buyers. If you are planning on selling, you may wish to choice a different agent?

Selling house

BJB sold our house on behalf of the landlord. They were atrocious from start to finish. Told us nothing, didn't answer emails and were unprofessional and unhelpful. The only contacts were to say when they had booked viewings for (didn't bother telling us they'd cancelled) and to stick a sold sign up outside the house, again not telling us. These caused extreme distress as we are both disabled, which they knew. Really poor.

Totally unprofessional

I was interested in buying a leasehold property in Crewe, and I needed to know how much the ground rent and service charge are. I contacted them but they didn't have the above information: how on earth is possible that you put for sale a leasehold property and you don't ask that to the landlord? They said that they'll call me back with the information, but it never happened. I send them many emails, but they never replied. I tried with the chat, but after more than 1 hour with stupid words the agency person disappear. I lost 3 days with them for nothing. I'm a property investor and I already bought and sold many properties, but I never saw such a lack of professionalism in an estate agency.

We had dealings with stacey o hara in Newcastle office. She presented herself as the lettings manager. In our opinion this lady is wasted. The proffesionality of the lady goes beyond reproach. Why she hasnt got her own estate agents is totally beyond us. We made enquiries with her regarding an apartment for a short while as we were selling. Amazing woman. So very happy. Took the stress away and dealt with us with no apparent judgement. Thank u john butters mr and mrs haughton.

Phoned and emailed to view a property for three day told someone would call me back , no reply. Managed to arrange a viewing which was then cancelled due to someone else having the keys. Arranged for the follow day only to be cancelled again but they were able to do the viewing later in the day at a time I had distinctly told them I was not available.

Really poor experience at Crewe office. Once they had the listing weren't interested. Non communication, poor professionalism and a terrible attitude towards customers. Never acted in our best interests. Lies and empty promises from the management down and charging a fortune in fees. Too busy writing nonsense facebook posts than progressing sales it would appear. Relisted my property without my consent (wonder if this is how they are number 1 listing and sales if they are listing twice) I personally wouldn't even consider buying a property that was listed with this awful company. Worst estate agent in crewe

I phoned on Monday after seeing a property advertised at weekend. Left a message with concierge service for call back, phoned again 2/3 times on Tuesday and got call back at 1715. Explained our situation & was told that my question would be put to vendors and I would have a phone call Wednesday with answer. No response. Phoned Thursday 4/5 times, still phone being answered by concierge team, messages left, never answered, the last phone call on Thursday, pointed out that it wasn’t ‘good service’ etc and by 0845am Friday morning I had an email to say, that vendor had gone with another buyer!! I will never be able toprove, if delay in getting back to me on Wednesday & Thursday would have made any difference and of course BJB will say not.Just seems a shoddy way to run a business and does not meet the level of customer service skills I was trained in.Very disappointed.
