Without the help of Wendy throughout the sales process, I’m not sure how we would’ve coped! It was so reassuring to know that we had somebody on hand that was professional, friendly and gets the job done. She was always on hand to offer support and enable conversations between us and solicitors. If there was ever something that we needed advice on, or chased - Wendy sorted it.

Horrific,Absolute bullies who treat you appalling, have no regard for your privacy or confidentiality and enter the property without you as the tenant permission, giving you the fright of your life and forcing you to write to your landlord and the managing director of Keith Pattinson. Avoid at all costs.

Currently renting a property from them, they bend over backwards to get you in but that's it, report any maintenance issues to them and nothing happens its up to the tenant to do all the chasing to get anything resolved, terrible service

The staff at Pattinson were very helpful, always friendly & polite & I give them 5 stars but my only reason for giving 4 stars is because the sale of our property fell through because of a buyer who for months kept giving mis-information that he was proceeding but in actuality was not. We have now decided to renovate first with a view to renting but again thank you Pattinson staff.

Been in my new property for nearly 3 weeks now, I have asked 4 times via telephone to remove the sold sign, the manner of the staff I spoke to were not bothered in the slightest, totally unprofessional, still stuck with an 8ft Sign 🙄
