My Experience was TERRIBLE!!! My husband and I had an appointment for 12noon we turned up. When we went into the office the staff we met was on a call. He did not look at us at all to atleast acknowledge that we just came in, he continued on the call for another 15 mins. He did not look at us at all, did not even use gesture to communicate to us to wait or reschedule. After waiting a lilttle longer we decided to leave,then on our way out he had a smirk on his face. My husband and I were fuming. He had clearly sized us up and maybe assumed that we cannot buy a house or doesnot like Black people. Very bad, very bad He did not even ask if we had an appointment. Smh

We’ve lived in the property for more than 10 months with numerous snags still outstanding. Main bathroom and en-suite have been left unfinished with gaps in the walls. The finish of the house is awful and no one at miller seems interested to get it resolved and no one in customer care seems bothered. Not to forget there’s multiple houses that have been boarded up due to burglary and police raids. Avoid at all costs!
